This position is an integral part of our winning team and works closely with executive management.
The ideal employee has at least 3 years experience in office management in a Construction company.
Our company has been in business for 40 years in the DFW area has completed work on almost every building in the metroplex.
Projects range from small glass replacement and door adjustment jobs to new storefront installation, high rise glass replacement and weatherproofing.
What you will do:
Answer phones and handle customer inquiries on job progress and scheduling.
Assist in the preparation of Job Progress Billings Prepare estimates Set up new employees Handle payables.
Manage Corporate banking accounts.
Assist with collection activities and negotiating payment plans with customers as needed.
Assist the Field Superintendents with scheduling jobs, cost estimates and ordering inventory.
Assist with dispatching crews during the day to emergency jobs.
Performing other work related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Some of the required skills and qualities to be successful in this position include strong verbal and written communication skills, a customer service mentality, excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and working knowledge of construction policies and principles.
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Office Management or in another related field is desired, but not required.
MUST BE:
Proficient in Quickbooks and MS Office.
