7 Quick Apply 9 hours ago Full Job Description As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care in person, on the phone and in electronic communications.
ESSTENTIAL FUNCTIONS & OTHER IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Function comfortably in a fast-paced, call center environment where any call can be monitored and assessed.
This includes answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, scheduling appointments and fielding questions from potential customers regarding Spay Neuter Network accounts, services, products, fees, and website information.
Reply to customer inquiries in a courteous, efficient and professional manner providing a high level of personalized customer service.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Search for and enter information, moving between two or more open windows on a computer desktop, while also on the phone.
Maintain database by entering accurate information for our clients and patients including medical history, services requested and services received.
Promote appropriate clinic services and route the flow of clients and pets to ensure efficient client care.
Review customer emails and write timely, professional responses to inquiries or route emails to appropriate department for review and response.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Clean assigned areas on a daily basis.
Fill-in for other areas/positions of the clinic by performing other tasks/functions as needed.
Protect the confidential information on customers and donors.
Additional tasks as assigned.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in both English and Spanish.
Must be able to answer and respond to multiple phone lines utilizing strong telephone communication and interpersonal skills.
One year of experience in a call center setting preferred.
Proficiency with data entry on a PC platform including Microsoft Office programs.
Must be confident around pets (i.
e.
, dogs, cats), be able to handle them safely with patience and gentleness, and use appropriate safety equipment.
The use of proper safety equipment is mandatory.
Must be able to communicate basic veterinary concepts to clients and be able to accurately relay information provided by a veterinarian.
