Spanish is a MUST for the positions! (spoken and written).
Excel is a must! Needs to have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (word, outlook).
We prefer some one with Quick Books experience.
Must be reliable.
We need a quick learner, with the ability to multitask, handle problems and find solutions with little supervision.
Prior office experience is a plus but not necessary.
Office assistant Duties:
-assist the accounting team with task as needed -preform basic A/R and A/P functions as assigned by the accounting team - maintain payment and escrow spreadsheets for several companies -assist in answering incoming calls -assist in general office operations Schedule :
Mon-Fri 10AM - 6PM Salary :
